I called them they came out within 2 hrs to diagnosis the problem. Discussed all options then came the next morning and installed a new unit. Very reasonably price. With the indoor temp soaring to 96°F this morning, they came to the rescue and installed a brand new Trane XV 17 TruComfort system, and WOW—what a difference. Within just 2 hours, temperature inside dropped to a cool and comfortable 72°F . . .
